They cleaned up after themselves - no dusk, wood shavings, etc left behind. I would definitely hire them for another project again.

Comments: I would definitely hire Rick Alex again. He was very professional and prompt. He called and emailed me any information that that we discussed. He put in orders for materials right away and made an appointment to come and do the work as soon as the materials came in. He came when he said that he would and cleaned up after himself. If it weren't for the obviously great job that he did on my windows, I would have never known that he was at my home. He even emailed me a copy of the receipt for my records after the job was finished. Awesome guy!!

Comments: Three handymen looked at my door project and passed, saying that they didn't know how to repair it, and one trying to convince me that it didn't need to be repaired. Basically, my door jamb was out of square and so the door handle latch made no connection to the door, so you couldn't leave the door unlocked without it swinging open. Rick looked at it, understood why I wanted it fixed, brainstormed options, we decided on a strategy, he fixed it. It was lovely to talk to him, he's open to ideas, he has helpful suggestions and expertise. I went on to give him many other projects in my house.
